Welcome to olpo.com.au Please take the time to read the following terms and conditions applicable to the use and enjoyment of products and services provided on the site.

The following terms and conditions, along with site policies such as the Privacy Policy and other customer service policies, govern the use of olpo.com.au. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by the conditions listed below as amended from time to time.

Orders can only be placed with olpo.com.au by persons with capacity to contract, who are over the age of 18.


These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time without notice. Each order or transaction will be governed by the terms and conditions in force upon the date of that transaction.


All content on this site, including text, icons, graphics, etc are the property of olpo.com.au or its suppliers and are protected by Australian and International Copyright law. No part or portion of this site may be copied, sold or used in any manner for any commercial purpose without written consent.


Products will be dispatched within 1-2 working day after we have confirmed your payment. (For EFT / Direct debit payments, it may take 1/2 business days to confirm the payment.) If there is any delay, you will be notified via email within two business days. After dispatching products, we shall send you the Courier Name and Consignment Number to track delivery online.

We do not ship products on credit. We never process an order until we receive the full payment (including shipping cost, GST etc). So, always pay the full money before submit any enquiry about shipping / delivery.

If there is not enough available stock, we shall send you an email within two business days. If you want, you can wait until the product become available or we shall refund your full money.

Please never give any PO Box info as Shipping Address. We do not ship products to any PO Box.



All orders placed are an offer of purchase and are subject to acceptance by olpo.com.au. If an order is not accepted a full refund will occur at the earliest possible convenience.


olpo.com.au is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received. In the case of payment by cheque, this would mean the clearing of funds. All prices listed are inclusive of any Australian Goods and Services Tax applicable.


Throughout the use of the site users may be invited to review certain products. If you do submit such reviews, you give olpo.com.au permission to use, reproduce, modify and publish them in a royalty-free, irrevocable manner. You also permit olpo.com.au to publish your first name and State or Town.

Such reviews posted, in no way represent the views or opinions of olpo.com.au or its owners, shareholders, employees or others, but are the sole product of its creator.


Upon purchase of goods, the buyer agrees to use the products only for their intended purpose. Any other use will cause the buyer to assume full responsibility for any loss or damage arising out of their use.


When you take delivery of our product, you must inspect it immediately. You must report to us in writing any damage or incorrect supply which must be received by us within 7 days of delivery otherwise we may refuse any claim you make. If our product is damaged when we deliver it to you we may accept its return and replace it with an equivalent product or credit you with the price paid, at our option.

To return any product to us, you must obtain a Return Material Authorisation Number (RMA#) from us by submit a supportrequest or contacting info@olpo.com.au.

We will accept the return of product if the product is not in accordance with your order, your proof of purchase is returned, and it is returned to us in its original condition within 5 business days of the RMA# being issued by us.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the product to us.

If you wish to return to us product which we have correctly supplied to order you must let us know within 7 days of the date of delivery. If we agree to the return of such product we may charge you a handling or re-stocking fee of between $55.00 per product or 15% of the price of product returned plus any delivery costs.

If we accept the return of product which was specifically produced to your specifications or has been damaged or altered by you, we will not credit you with the price paid for it.

If you have a dispute with us, you must notify us in writing of your dispute prior to the due date of your payment for our product. You may not set off against or deduct from the price of product you have ordered from us any money you claim we owe you.

You agree that you shall make no claim against us for any delay in delivery or any damaged product delivered to you as a direct or indirect result of events beyond our control.


olpo.com.au will keep you informed of your order status via e-mail. All tracking information will be emailed to your email address. once your order has shipped. You may also acquire your order status and other live updates by logging in to your account on our Web site.


Security is our number one priority. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server and encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once we receive your information through the internet, only trusted, authorized employees will process the payment to make sure your information is handled with the utmost level of security.

The agreement for sale is concluded only when goods are handed over to the designated carrier.
